I like to use the word ninja when it comes to describing my abilities to function in an entrepreneurial business. I’ve managed to have over  hundreds of products and ingredients completely verified through the Non GMO Project Verification process & have been written up in several publications for my breakthrough as a young professional in the Natural & Organic Food Industry.

Currently consulting full time with nearly 5 years industry experience in both Retail & Food Service Sales, Marketing, Tradeshow & Consumer Event Management, Research & Development, Internal QA, and Certification Program Director for over 10 facilities including: Non-GMO Project, Organic, Halal, Gluten Free Certified Humane, etc.

In my spare time, I manage a small peri-urban farm with my better half in Lafayette, Colorado called Lil’ City Farms. We work directly with local restaurants and farmer’s markets to bring the most nutritious and delicious organic food to our local neighbors, just like food should be. Having this hobby turn reality has brought so much joy to my life and getting to share something I love with someone I love is priceless! I’m also a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, helping people balance their health, wellness & happiness. Other hobbies include hiking, traveling adventures, reading, writing & finding awesome farm to table restaurants around the country.

Published Interviews

I have been written up in the Specialty Food Association (June 2014), as well as interviewed with the Huffington Post for women leaders in business (July 2014). I also won a prestigious award in 2014: Fairfield County Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award, which is presented to successful young business professionals in Fairfield County (CT).
